The Studios on the hill are compact, stylishly furnished one-room apartments, ideally suited for two people. They offer everything you need for a comfortable stay—even for an extended period.

STUDIO 1: 46 sqm, for 2 adults (+ max. 1 child, single sofa)
STUDIO 2: 48 sqm, for 2 adults (+ max. 1 child, single sofa)

The studios are fully equipped and modernly furnished. In addition to a well-designed kitchen-diner and a cosy sleeping area, you’ll also have access to a spacious sun terrace and practical everyday amenities such as a washing machine and tumble dryer – ideal for a long stay.

Studio 1 has a bathroom with a bathtub, whilst Studio 2 has a shower and a washing machine with a tumble dryer.

The studios are located around 700 metres from OVINA'S HAUS main building, on a gentle hill overlooking the rooftops of Campo Tures. The town centre, with its cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarket, is just 400 metres away – a short walk.

The studios are situated above the small church in San Maurizio. The entrance to the hill road is at Garni Trojer; the studios are in the third house up the hill, on the left-hand side.

As a guest at our Studios, you’ll enjoy the convenience of being close to OVINA'S HAUS main building, which is just around 700 metres away. There, you’ll have access to selected areas – including the Finnish sauna in the garden, as well as the cosy bar and the library. This allows you to combine the privacy of your studio with special moments in the main building. A sauna bag with a bathrobe is provided for your use, and sauna towels are available in the main house. Access to the main house is granted upon registration with Elfi and using your personal access code. The sauna is open for you from 3.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
Free outdoor parking and a garage space are available for your use, as well as Wi-Fi.

Holiday Pass Premium: every guest receives the Guestpass for free use of all public transport in South Tyrol.
An electric charging point is available at the main building (charging subject to a surcharge).

Prices start from €130 per night for two people (accommodation only). Special rates are available for long-stay guests.
